These Booking Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Global Educational Travel and Tours ("GETT," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity making a booking ("you" or "your"). By making a booking with GETT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once we receive a completed booking form and payment of the required deposit or full amount, as applicable. Confirmation will be sent via email. 

2.2 Booking Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. Any errors or omissions may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellations. 

2.3 Age Requirements: All participants must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proof of age may be required. 

2.4 Special Requirements: Any special requirements, such as dietary restrictions or accessibility needs, must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. 

3.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [Percentage]% of the total trip cost is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking. 

3.2 Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than [Number] days before the trip's start date. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit. 

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments must be made in [Currency]. 8 

3.4 Installment Payments: If an installment payment option is selected, payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of the booking. 

4.1 Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at [Email Address]. Cancellations will be effective on the date received by us. 

4.2 Cancellation Fees: 

• More than [Number] days before departure: [Percentage]% of the total trip cost will be refunded. 

• [Number] to [Number] days before departure: [Percentage]% of the total trip cost will be refunded. 

• Less than [Number] days before departure: No refund will be given. 

4.3 Changes by You: If you wish to change your booking (e.g., change of dates, accommodation, or participant name), we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request. However, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 

4.4 Cancellation by GETT: We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative trip or a full refund of all payments made. 

4.5 Non-Refundable Costs: Certain costs, such as flights, visas, and insurance, are non-refundable and nontransferable. Please check with the relevant providers for their cancellation policies. 

5.1 Mandatory Insurance: All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal liability. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to departure. 

5.2 Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy is adequate for your needs. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. 

6.1 Passports and Visas: You are responsible for ensuring that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the trip's end date and that you obtain all necessary visas and travel permits. 

6.2 Health Requirements: It is your responsibility to comply with any health requirements, including vaccinations, necessary for entry into the destination country. Please consult your healthcare provider for advice on travel health. 

6.3 Documentation: Failure to obtain or produce the necessary documentation may result in denial of entry into the destination country, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. 

7.1 Code of Conduct: You are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to fellow travelers, GETT staff, and local communities. Unacceptable behavior may result in removal from the trip, and no refunds will be provided. 

7.2 Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all local laws and regulations in the destination country. GETT is not responsible for any legal issues or penalties you may face due to non-compliance. 

8.1 Limitation of Liability: GETT's liability is limited to the amount paid for the trip. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the trip. 

8.2 Force Majeure: GETT is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or acts of terrorism. 

8.3 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GETT, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the trip. 

9.1 Data Collection: We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will be used to process bookings, communicate with you, and improve our services. 

9.2 Third-Party Sharing: We may share your information with third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines) as necessary to facilitate your trip. We will not sell or disclose your information to unrelated third parties without your consent. 

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom. 

10.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be referred to mediation or arbitration. 

11.1 Amendments: GETT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or our website. Continued participation in the trip after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
